ReClaude offers two kinds of monthly plans: carpool and dedicated. Pricing and current promotions live on the plan page at reclaude.ai.

Plans

Every plan bills against subscription quota, not per token; 100% of official features are supported (Claude Code, Claude Desktop’s Chat / Cowork / Design and more). Pay-as-you-go plans are no longer sold; credit already purchased can still be used as before, and refunds follow Section 5 of the Terms of Service.
Both carpool and dedicated plans can use Claude Desktop (Chat / Cowork / Design) via reclaude app. See the Command reference for details.

1-month warranty

Monthly plans share a 1-month warranty: official bans within the period are on us — once a ban is detected, a replacement is queued automatically, no action needed.
  • 5x plans (carpool / Dedicated 5x): replaced with another 5x account, unlimited.
  • Dedicated 20x: the first 2 ban replacements per subscription period (counted from purchase or renewal) are still Max 20x; from the 3rd onward the replacement is a Max 5x dedicated account. The count resets on renewal.
  • Replacements made because the account hit Anthropic’s weekly usage limit are not ban replacements and are not counted.

Subscription status

The dashboard home page shows your current status, days left, and expiry. What each status means: If the account assigned to you is flagged, the home page will also show Account banned or Needs review alerts. Those are independent of your subscription status. After a ban the replacement is queued automatically; you can also click Request switch on the home page (see Devices → Account switching).

Carpool 5-hour window

To keep usage balanced between its two members, the two-person carpool uses a 5-hour rolling window cap: $80 per person per window (that is, 1/2 of a Max 5x). The home page shows how much of the current window you’ve used, how much is left, and when it resets.

Renewal and expiry

  • Expiring status surfaces a renewal banner on the home page; click through to renew.
  • During Grace you can keep using the service (carpool has no grace); once it ends, or in Expired, service pauses. Renewal restores it immediately.
  • Carpool plans activate instantly after payment — no waiting for other members; when stock is tight, delivery is queued and the validity period starts when the account is delivered.

Upgrade (Carpool only)

Carpool seats support self-service upgrades to Dedicated 5x or Dedicated 20x.
  • Direction: one-way. No downgrade, no reverse.
  • Effect: takes effect immediately; the original carpool seat is voided.
  • New billing cycle: starts fresh from the moment you pay for the upgrade and is always 1 month; the remaining time on the carpool seat is prorated into a credit and deducted from the amount due.
  • Redemption codes: upgrade orders don’t accept redemption codes.
  • Refund: after upgrading, both the source order and the upgrade order are non-refundable. Confirm the target plan before paying.
Where to find it: dashboard → Billing → Upgrade. The final payable amount and the prorated credit preview live on the upgrade page in real time — nothing is charged upfront.

Team seats / merge / transfer out

A team organization’s seat count can be adjusted on the Organizations page of the dashboard (while active you can only renew the current tier; switch between 5x / 20x after it expires). Downgrade is not supported — plan upgrades are one-way; once activated you can’t downgrade or reverse. Merging multiple orders, switching a Dedicated plan back to Carpool, and similar changes aren’t self-service yet — open a ticket to reach the ops team.

Holding multiple plans at once

Yes — you can. For example: a personal Dedicated 5x plan for everyday work, a team organization a colleague set up, and a 5x two-person carpool with a friend — all three coexist without conflict. How it works: ReClaude subscriptions live on organizations — your personal org, a team org, a carpool org each carry their own plan. Buying multiple plans = creating / joining multiple orgs. So switching plans = switching organizations:
The next request from that device runs on the new org’s account and quota.

A few notes

  • One device runs one org at a time. Different machines can bind to different orgs — laptop on Dedicated, desktop on Carpool, no interference.
  • Each org’s quota is completely independent: carpool 5h windows and each plan’s remaining days are tracked separately and can’t cross-subsidize.
  • No automatic fallback: if the active org’s quota is exhausted, the request fails (subscription expired / quota exhausted / 5h window exhausted). You need to reclaude org use to a different org with quota, or renew the current one.
