Referral code and link
At the top of the page you’ll see your referral code and your personal referral link. You can copy them with one click or share via QR code. When a friend signs up through this link, the referral relationship is bound automatically.Reward rules
- A reward is triggered by the friend’s first qualifying paid order after signing up through your link.
- Each qualifying first order earns 15% of the actual amount paid, credited to your current active plan.
- Rewards land automatically after order settlement. You can review the line items in Reward history.
- You must hold an active paid plan when the reward is triggered (subscription, carpool, or pay-as-you-go) to receive it.
- Orders paid by redemption code don’t count toward referral rewards.
- The number of rewards per referrer per month may be capped by ops policy.
- Rewards can be reversed by a subsequent refund or anomaly; see the reward history for details.
- Rewards are converted to subscription/carpool days or pay-as-you-go credit on your current plan and are not withdrawable.
Status labels
In the People I invited list, each referee carries a status:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting first order | Signed up, hasn’t placed a first order yet |
| Order placed | First order created (may still be pending payment or settlement) |
| Rewarded | Reward settled and credited |
| Ordered, no reward | First order settled but no reward was triggered (see reasons below) |
| Reversed | A previously credited reward was reversed due to refund or anomaly |
Two common reasons for “Ordered, no reward”
- You didn’t hold an active paid plan when the order settled: no valid subscription / carpool / pay-as-you-go at that moment → reward isn’t granted.
- Monthly reward cap reached: you’ve exceeded the monthly ops cap → this one is skipped, but the referee isn’t affected.
If a friend shows “Ordered, no reward” and neither reason above applies, open a ticket → Billing with the referrer / referee emails and the order number, and ops will check.
